Today is my husband John's 45th birthday and I opted to fete him in the
traditional way: By presenting him with an action figure of himself.

Using your website, I 'built' an action figure to reflect John's intense
countenance, penchant for big black shoes and dark jeans and affinity for
food. As you are aware, the action figure came in a black action figure box
with a clear panel on the front. I designed graphics to 'personalize' the
front, back panel and side panels in In Design, uploaded them to print at
Kinko's and then applied them to the box prior to John's b'day. He was
delighted with it. (PDF attached if JPEG below doesn't come across; also
below design is an actual photo of John for comparison):

Hi. I received the action figures and they are awesome. You guys do great work. I have only have 2 minor comments. The whistle was supposed to be a dog whistle (like a piece of stainless pipe tube with a piece of clear tubing on the end... I probably didn't explain this well enough, and everyone will get the idea). Also, I had requested a talking figure, but it was in this separate email and not with the original order request so I see how that happened. I will send another email of her reaction and some pictures. Thanks again for the good and fast work.

We received our figurines yesterday, thank you very much. We had such a fun time opening them!
However, there were several of the individual boxes that were damaged. If possible, could you please send a few empty boxes as these are gifts to the employees.
Please note, we are still waiting to hear from your accounting department.

 We were stunned by the first action figure we received as a birthday
present for our boss.  Honestly, it freaked his mind when we gave it to
him, and the whole party was blown away.  It was such a hit, he'd like
to order one (three actually) as a birthday present for his friend.  Our
deadline is November 21, is it possible to receive three copies of a new
figure by then?  Please see the details below, and let us know if this
will work.
